Rose Marie Allenstein

          I was born and raised in Gadsden, Alabama.  I worked at my father’s law office since I was 15 years old, and I was honored to work beside my father until his passing in 2022. I am honored to continue his legacy representing people who have been injured or are disabled and been denied benefits.

         My father and I were one of the few father/daughter attorney teams practicing together in Alabama.  Together, we dedicated our practice to representing clients with excellence and compassion and I continue this passion on my own.

          I graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law.  I am licensed to practice in the US District Court for the Northern, Middle & Southern regions of Alabama and the US Supreme Court.  I am a member of the Alabama State Bar and the Etowah County Bar Association.

          I am married to Mark Perkins, a financial advisor and founding partner with Garrett Perkins Horton Advisory Partners.  We have four amazing children.  We are members of Church of the Highlands.
