After the sale of a building my business had been renting for a year, the new owner decided to sue me for almost 1/3 of the ENTIRE purchase price of the building and property with it. In the end, I was tremendously pleased with his handling of the case as well as his ability to limit the out of pocket expenses I may have had to dedicate toward handling the situation had I hired lessor quality representation.
