Biography
Bart Siniard represents injured people throughout the state of Alabama. He handles solely personal injury and wrongful death cases with a special focus on victims of nursing home negligence. Bart graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2013 and returned home to Huntsville, AL to practice personal injury law. In order to further his litigation skills in nursing home cases, Bart was trained at the American Association of Justice's Nursing Home Advocacy Program in Washington, D.C in 2016. He has taken cases all the way to the Supreme Court of Alabama, including a unanimous decision in his favor in 2017. He has secured seven settlements in excess of $1 million, two settlements in excess of $3 million, and one settlement in excess of $6 million. Bart has a winning record in trials, including trials in Alabama state courts and the Federal Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
