Both at fault. If you ran light and caused accident, you probably won't receive anything.

Felonies can take years to get set for trial. Set back and let them do their job. Call the court and see if case has been set.

You can get more than one charge in a case. Normally both are handled together.

You would be at fault for the injuries. If you injured someone else they might be at fault. Talk to local attorney and see if any chance of recovery.
