Hire an attorney. Telling you to plead guilty can be great advice, it just depends on facts.

Probably way to late to do anything other than expungement, if your state allows.

The court closed the day of my arrainment due to somebody shooting up the place. they never notified me of the new date.

All lawyers charge different amounts. It all depends on how difficult to do. Call two or three and get quotes.

Talk to local attorney. Normally not expunge right after conviction. Do not plead guilty until you talk to attorney.

Depends on whose fault and if she has medical payments coverage on her insurance.

You can talk to co-defendant. Ask attorney if useable in Ohio.
