You should talk to your attorney about the issue. Cases can be reopened if you did not include a pending injury claim in your bankruptcy.

Yes, unless the jail has rules that state a person who has pending charges cannot exercise jail visitation. I am assuming the judge has not...

They will still have to pay your medical bills and a settlement when you reach MMI. Call a local wc lawyer to handle your case.

New charge normally gets you revoked. Sometimes they do not revoke for misd. Get attorney.

In most states you do not go to jail for first time theft charges. Pay restitution and costs when he is sentenced.
