You do not have to have rights read unless they attempt to take a statement form you. Get a good defense attorney.

They can forfeit the bond or the judge can set aside the forfeiture since they are in jail. You should contact court and let them know he is in jail.

Why would you do it if your file is closed? If they closed your file and did not issue a warrant, why bring it up. Get attorney to check into it...
