Probably not enough injuries to file suit. Very expensive to bring, and even harder to win in some states. Talk to local attorney.

I agree with the other attorney. Tell the truth and you have nothing to fear. You can always be sued by anyone though.

No. You do not have enough damage to pursue a medical malpractice claim. Very expensive to pursue and juries hate awarding money against doctors...

This is really a child custody type issue. Ask your divorce lawyer. Your insurance will cover if they cover counseling.
