Technically yes. After it comes out out of the grand jury it will say over $500.00. If not, they can't convict you of Top 2nd.

The issue is who wrote checks using your account. You need to go after the person who wrote the checks.

They will issue a warrant for your arrest,. You should turn yourself in and ask for a new court date. You may have to sit in jail for a while if...

That happens all the time with 18 wheelers. They make wide turns and try to blame everyone else. Get an attorney.
