If both parties agree or it is written in contract that one can modify.

Two or three days is all it should take. Some attorneys wait 7-10 depending on bank.

He could but it would be ill advised. The judge may have the child taken away from both of you. They may call in DHR. Father clearly does not...

Get an attorney now. I handled a lot of bicycle cases, and you will get a lot more money with an attorney especially with your injuries.

Probably not. If the car was yours and not owned by persons in warrant, the search was probably bad. They can search the yard and property but...
