It is not a criminal act to do a pay day loan. If you wrote them a check it could be a bad check.

File a motion to change custody. Judges will listen to the childrens wishes usually, especially an 18 year old.

It can often take over a week to get your case into the state computer. Without a case number you can't file anything.
