Marie Nathalie Crissone

Ms. Crissone did an excellent job defending me, and I ended up getting my son back home with me. I can never thank her enough for all that she did for me. When it comes to DHR, you can't expect your atty to just wave a magic wand, you actually have to do your part as well. I did everything I was inst...ructed to do, and my son came home. I could not have asked for a better outcome, or better representation.

My case worker appoint her to me at first she on my side but close to almost a year going into my da9case she turned on and side on my cases worker Side. Thanks when it comes to my son case she told me about the situation with his case and told the judge I agree when I don't say a thing. And told me ...one thing from my case worker. Please do not any anybody appoint her.

Ms. Crissone was appointed to me as my attorney to represent me in my probation/revocation hearing. She gave me on several occasions information pertaining to what the law stated in specifics of my case, only to inform me minutes before going in front of the judge that she had been inaccurate in her ...previous assumptions. She also told me that she was going to request in lieu of the recommendations of my probation officer that I be reinstated and not have to wear a SCRAM bracelet. When I was called in front of the judge, Ms. Crissone did not say any of the things that she and I discussed just minutes before and instead stated that she and my probation officer had come to an agreement of a 90 day period of SCRAM monitoring which was not what I had agreed upon. I was sentenced to complete a 90 days on the SCRAM monitor. I feel that not only did Ms. Crissone provide me with incorrect information but she led me to believe that the outcome of my case was completely different than the end result. The two motions that were filed on my case were filed by myself while incarcerated. Ms. Crissone, did not file the motions that I had requested her to file because in her opinion the judge would not grant them so I wrote the clerk's office and had a blank motion sent to me in jail which I completed and mailed back. I was granted, only a few days later, a probation bond and was able to bond out until my court date that was three weeks away. Ms. Crissone does not appear to know crucial laws in order to properly represent clients and, in my opinion, does not provide proper and trustworthy representation.
