I hired Jordan Butler for a grandparents visitation case. I had raised my granddaughter for most of her life and we had a strong and loving relationship. I had been a constant presence in her life since birth, supporting her emotionally and financially so I was blindsided to learn that there is no su...ch thing as grandparents rights in Alabama; however, Jordan took my case. From the beginning Jordan had to navigate not only the father’s multitude of false allegations but also Alabama Family Law and the emotions of a grandmother’s heartbreak and fear. While preparing for trail, many times, he had to rein me in because I was so sure all we needed was my truth. In the end, he blew opposing counsel away during the hearing with a steady presentation of facts resulting in my win. I will forever be grateful!

I've spent a considerable amount of time contemplating what to type out for this. There is much to say about Jordan--he proved himself to be capable, courteous, and professional. The skinny of it is this: as my world imploded in on itself, he handled my case well, prosecuting and parrying to the poin...t of reaching the most acceptable settlement possible. Divorce is an unspeakably tragic thing. Jordan's confident expertise was instrumental in navigating this matter, and I will therefore most certainly seek him out again should any future legal problems arise out of the fallout of this tragedy. To say I am glad I retained him isn't quite accurate--there is no joy for me in this matter--but I know I made the right choice in doing so. He's the kind of guy you want in your corner in such situations.
