Biography
As a trial lawyer, I routinely represent individuals and families whose lives have been changed by serious or catastrophic injuries. Whether your case involves an automobile collision, commercial trucking accident, workplace injury, defective product or drug, or an insurance dispute, I believe every client deserves personal attention, honest advice, and aggressive representation.
My practice is focused primarily on personal injury litigation, insurance disputes, workers' compensation, and Social Security Disability claims. I represent injury victims in negotiating settlements and, when necessary, pursuing their claims in court. I also help individuals obtain the Social Security Disability benefits they deserve by guiding them through the entire process—from initial applications to administrative appeals and hearings before Administrative Law Judges. I understand that disability claims can be overwhelming, and I work closely with my clients to develop the medical and vocational evidence needed to maximize their chances of success.
In addition to my litigation practice, I provide select estate planning services, including wills, revocable living trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives. My litigation experience gives me a unique perspective on the disputes that can arise after a loved one's death, allowing me to help families create plans designed to protect their loved ones, preserve their assets, and minimize the expense, delay, and stress of probate.
