Do not hire this person you will regret it

My experience with Tracy has-been nothing but awful. I wish I would have read all of Tracy's reviews before hiring her. It seems all these bad reviews of this attorney are spot on. Tracy was recommended to me by another law firm. My initial meeting with Tracy was great she discussed how she would... handle my case, and she said all the right things to me. I paid her a very large retainer and after Tracy got my money, she totally ghosted me. Phone calls were never returned, and it took over one year for Tracy to finally file my lawsuit of record. When I was actually able to get Tracy to take my phone calls, she always offered excuses of why there was no progress done on my case. What really upsets me the most is Tracy holds herself out to be a full-time practicing attorney, however, I have just recently learned that Tracy has had a regular full-time (eight hours a day / 5 days a week) non-lawyer job for the past year with some company in Atlanta. Wow, no wonder this attorney has some many bad reviews, Tracy has a regular full-time job but yet holds herself out to the public as a full-time practicing attorney. As I previously stated, when I hired Tracy she held herself out as full-time practicing attorney with an office located in Peachtree City, Ga, and she did not disclose to me she was no longer practicing law full time and I have had to learn through the internet (because Tracy did not tell me) that Tracy no longer has an office in Peachtree City, Ga and Tracy is now a Real Estate Attorney with an office located in Pisgah AL. Wow wow and more wow. I did a State Bar of Alabama member search and Tracy is not even licensed to practice law in Alabama. I hope Tracy is doing a better job for her full-time employer in Atlanta because she is a train wreck as an attorney.

All talk no action.

I hired Tracy for a civil matter. I paid a $3000 retainer and she told me all these great things she could do to help me at my first meeting with her, however, once she got my money things went down-hill from there. Tracy would never return my phone calls and when I did speak with her she would m...ake up some excuse why she had not done much work on my case. The one time we did go to court she was not prepared. I would have been better off representing my self . Do hire this person you will regret it

One Of The Worst Legal Experiences

After repeatedly asking is there "anything" I can provide to you so that we avoid court, I received the "11th hour" we need this and this. And even at that point, I had to constantly repeat my answers to her. She had "no" idea what the issues were and waited until the last minute to even "review" the... case. I had to file my own paperwork personally with the court because it was never filed by this attorney. After realizing this attorney had no interest in my case or protecting my rights, i had to remove her and represent myself (since I had paid her over $1200 already and didn't have anymore money). I got "run" over in court. My childsupport was increased significantly and I ended up paying the opposing attorney $3,000.00 (per the Judges Order). All of this could have been avoided if she had met with and resovled all issues months prior to the court date (as I requested). She had 1 excuse after another (Personally issues come up...the child support software doesn't work....I'm in court on another case). It never ended. Meanwhile I kept asking what can I do to move this along and avoid court? This was a huge disaster that my wife, and my other two children (1 of whom is autistic and requires extensive / expensive therapy) and my family continue to have to pay for each month (the Judge spread out the opposing attorney fees over 20 months). The judge also refused to allow my autistic son's therapy cost to be considered when determining my childsupport. I'm sure any attorney worth $1 would have fought for that inclusion. I lost a lot, but my children lost more thanks to this attorney.
