Represented Brenda Chaney and drafted the original EEOC complaint on behalf of Ms. Chaney as well as the original complaint filed in federal court in the Southern District of Indiana. After I began th ... e litigation, I left the law firm and (now federal magistrate) Denise LaRue and associate Megan Lehner took over the case. Ms. Chaney's rightful claim eventually ended up at the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals and the lower court ruling was reversed in favor of Ms. Chaney. I am proud to have represented Ms. Chaney and assisted her in bringing her claim.
