Milton Edward Yarbrough III

I hired Yarbrough and paid a partial retainer of $1,500, expecting reliable legal guidance. Within just 9 business days, I had to end the engagement due to his complete lack of communication. He ignored emails, didn’t return phone calls, and offered no updates. No case was ever opened, and no legal w...ork was performed. When I requested a refund, I was told that not only would I not be getting any of my money back, but that I owed him more. This was completely unacceptable, especially given that no services were actually provided. In my opinion, this conduct falls far short of professional or ethical standards. I will be reporting this matter to the Alabama State Bar. I strongly urge others to be extremely cautious before retaining Yarbrough for any legal guidance.
