Client was arrested for drug possession charges pursuant to a traffic stop. Police found a significant amount of Marijuana inside of his vehicle. We challenged the legality of the traffic stop and th ... e subsequent search of his vehicle. We successfully suppressed all of the evidence, illegally obtained, by the police during their investigation.
