My client had purchased a car from a buy here- pay here lot that she couldn't drive more than two days before it broke down. She signed a buy back agreement with the dealership that they refused to ho ... nor. The agreement stated that the customer had a 10 day warranty on the vehicle and would buy back the vehicle and refund the down payment if they could not fix it. Over the course of ten days my client had been to the dealership with this car 9/10 days with complaints. The dealership refused to honor the agreement. After much negotiation they refunded the full amount of her down payment and bought back the lemon they tried to stick the client with.

My client had a series municipal infractions in various municipalities from where a failure to appear warrant snowballed into something fairly ugly. Facing driving while suspended charges, driving wit ... hout insurance in two municipalities, and having several warrants, in addition to 26 points being added to the client's driving record, I was able to amend and dispose of the tickets with no points being added to his driving record and remove 6pts from cases the client had already plead guilty to.
