Client's vehicle was stopped by police without reasonable suspicion of having committed a crime - the police simply wanted to ask him if he had seen someone in the neighborhood on foot that the police ... were looking for. Client was charged with DUI and driving on a suspended license. West Virginia Supreme Court ruled 5-0 in client's favor, holding that the traffic stop was illegal. All charges dismissed.
