Jury Trial Client charged with Domestic Violence, where "victim" instigated arguments for the entire night. Client continuously apologized, when he finally reacted by arguing back she escalated by a ... ttacking him with multiple punches. He final threw one punch ending the fight. Guess who got arrested and charged? Counsel spoke to the prosecutor and their supervisor who refused to dismiss the case. Thus, we had to take the case trial where a jury found him not guilty.
