Biography
Jonathan D. Watson is a graduate, with honors, from the University of Alabama School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Watson served as Senior Editor of the Law & Psychology Review and was a member of the Bench & Bar Legal Honor Society. For his public service and volunteer efforts during law school, he was awarded the Order of the Samaritan and Dean's Community Service Award. He received three "Best Paper" awards for excellence in law school coursework. Mr. Watson also attended Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, where he received a masters degree in Theological Studies, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham where he graduated, with honors, and received bachelor of arts degrees in English and Philosophy.
Mr. Watson has been practicing law in North Alabama since 2010. He is an active litigator and trial attorney. He has represented thousands of people and businesses in the courts of Decatur, Huntsville, and North Alabama in numerous types of legal proceedings. His past and present clients come from all types of cultural and financial backgrounds. Mr. Watson has represented business professionals, mothers and fathers, young children, and many others.
