Catherine Hall Cooper

Cathy has been practicing law since 2018. She has a general practice, with emphasis on estate planning, estate administration, civil and probate litigation, and is a certified Guardian Ad Litem. She received her B.S. degree from the University of Alabama, and her Juris Doctorate from Birmingham School of Law.

Cathy is a member of the American Bar Association, Alabama State Bar, the Cullman Bar Association, and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. She has volunteered with the Madison County Volunteer Lawyers Program and Military Officers Association of America-Huntsville Chapter. She is also a member of the Elder Law Section and Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Alabama State Bar. Cathy is a native of north Alabama and resides in Madison County. She has three grown children and two grandchildren.
