Distant relatives of the Decedent drafted a Will for the Decedent which she signed 28 before she died. Two days before she died she revoked the Will and created a Trust to benefit her siblings and ess ... entially disinherit the distant relatives. The distant relatives attempted to probate the Will and our clients (the Siblings) contested the Will. The case was heavily litigated for 2 years.
