OUTCOME: Father was held to be the parent of the child even though he was not the biological parent.

OUTCOME: Lower court ordered to follow FC 4057.5 and not use spouses income to calculate support
The issue in this case was the use of a spouse's income in calculating child support. I lobbied for Family Code 4057.5 that states you can not use that income and the court of Appeals agreed with me.
