Biography
Stuart D. Albea graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law, cum laude, in 2002. While in school, Stuart was published in the Alabama Law Review. After graduation, he clerked for the Hon. Thomas B. Bennett, U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge. Since then, Stuart has been representing the citizens of Alabama in all manner of cases, including car accident cases, divorce and family law matters, and criminal proceedings. Stuart is licensed to practice law in Alabama and Georgia.

Rude and does not listen
He was very rude. Did not listen and I eventually fired him. He does not listen or do what is asked and then gets very smart mouthed. My experience was horrible

Very unprofessional
Stuart Albea and his secretary were both very unprofessional and rude. That’s the least of my concerns though, I feel like he misrepresented my daughter and did not look out for her best interest.
