My name is Ken Elmer and I love what I do.  Every day I get to help people free themselves from the crushing burdens of debt.  I get to see people transform from being completely overwhelmed by their financial situation to being debt free.  Oftentimes, I get to see them make the emotional transition over the course of our initial meeting in my office, just by finding out what bankruptcy relief will accomplish for them.

I have been practicing bankruptcy for just about my entire career since graduating from law school in 2008.  I have a passion for helping my client's get a fresh start by using the relief offered by the Bankruptcy Code.  I have had the opportunity to help hundreds of clients throughout Alabama to overcome their financial troubles and regain control of their lives, and I couldn't imagine doing anything else.
