Joshua Jamison Swords

hired this attorney 1 year ago and still in court for a case where I am the plaintif and the defendant already conceded 3 months ago. Not sure why my case is being prolonged and cant get an answer from him. Attorney Swords has continually shown up running late for court, ignored my calls and lette...rs and neglected to let me know what is going on in my case. His excuses have ranged from him being sick to him being busy opening a new office out of town. I would highly suggest that if anyone is considering hiring him to write down EVERYTHING he says because in my opinion he is not completely honest .To be fair I have tried many times to make him aware of my concerns. I have even had to consult with other attorneys for second opinions (within limits) about my case becuse of being ignored and attorney Swords being unavailable. Based on my experience and attorney Swords disinterest in addressing my concerns I would not recommend him.
