OUTCOME: The jury found in favor of my client on all claims except trespass, for which they awarded plaintiff only $1 in nominal damages.

Parlee sued my client for defamation, false arrest, breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and related tort and contract claims arising from a business and personal relationship.
