OUTCOME: Savings of $30,000; period granted

Decedent created trust but had not transferred all of his assets to the trust. Upon decedent’s death, my office was hired to settle the estate. Petitioned the court successfully to get over $2 million ... transferred to a clients trust post death in lieu of probate proceedings. The results saved the estate approximately $30,000 in attorneys fees and costs.
