South African client petitioned by US citizen wife was refused an immigrant visa due to his criminal history. I researched and drafted an I-601 waiver application and 25 page supporting affidavit deta ... iling the extreme hardship faced by his wife due to their prolonged separation. The waiver was granted and he was able to reunited with his wife and child in the United States.
