Family Based Petitions
N/AOUTCOME: Petition Granted
People are often intimidated by the immigration process. And while there is ample reason for this, it doesn't have to be as complex as it is perceived. However, because timing is an important factor ... in filing petitions, along with immigration intent, it is imperative that potential immigrants pay attention to the timeline of their process. One such example was a case involving an American married to a man from another country. While he came into the United States legally, he later decided to file for a permanent residency visa. But, in order to avoid the appearance of immigration fraud, we had to take precautions on when to file. I am happy to say that this client is now a permanent resident of the United States and is on his way to naturalization, if he chooses.
