Thomas Fredrick Young Jr.

Tom F. Young, Jr. is the son of a District Attorney for the Fifth Judicial Circuit for more than 35 years and the first female Mayor of Alexander City. Following graduation from the University, Tom worked on the staff of Chief Justice C.C. “Bo” Tolbert and with the Administrative Office of Courts during tenure of Chief Justice Howell Heflin. He has additional experience working with a plaintiff’s personal injury firm and from serving as a city prosecutor, Special Referee in Family Court, Special District Court Judge, Municipal Court Judge, and a special Probate Judge for Tallapoosa County. At Morris Haynes Attorneys at Law, he focuses his practice on personal injury, product liability, and criminal and domestic relations matters through mediation, arbitration, and his private judge services.
