Excellent results Top notch attorney

Jenny was hired for myself, my father, and our family business by our insurance company. I was in one of our company vehicles and rear ended a vehicle with 4 occupants and about 11 months after the accident, Myself, my father (because he owned the vehicle I was in & the business) and our family busin...ess for $175,000 each. Jenny swooped in and saved the day and she always returned our calls and met with us at our convenience. She always came to us. We never went to her office, except for the day of depositions. Well, Jenny ended all of that right then and there. The guy had a sports injury and it was painfully obvious that it hadn't rendered his ability to well..... Do anything... If I'm not mistaken, Jenny either caught him in a lie at the deposition, or made such an idiot of their client at the deposition that the defense dropped the case and that was the end of that. I was happy our insurance company hired such a professional and determined lawyer. She got the facts, had her ducks in a row for sure, and she won the case the very first time she had met the defense attorney to my knowledge. She also had another frivolous lawsuit she was defending that I feel confident that the defense lawyer probably wanted no part of her on the other case. I don't know anything about it other than she told me it was ridiculous. Anyway, bottom line is If I would've had to pay Jenny myself, I would've still said the same things about her and that I got a bargain because a lawyer who works as hard as she does is worth their weight in gold and keep stupid lawsuits out of courtrooms. This guy that sued us came into the deposition in crutches and walked out like a man with no knee problems whatsoever. They all knew they were toast at the end of the deposition & he got mad and walked right out of there without the crutches he came in on if I remember correctly. He may have left on them and came back to get his phone or something and he was walking fine. Bottom line is I would hire Jenny again without a worry. She's that good, or was for us anyway. Kudos Jenny Pickett

  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
