Biography
Deepti joined Caldwell Wenzel & Asthana, PC in 2013 and in 2019 became the Managing Partner of the firm. Her practice emphasizes the areas of Personal Injury, Estates and Trust Litigation, and Will Contests. Deepti is also the managing partner at an affiliated law firm, Southern Estate Lawyers where she oversees the estate disputes, probate and estate planning operations of the firm.
Raised in New Delhi, India and fluent in Hindi, Deepti brings a global view to her work in the law. She feels comfortable in many cultures and enjoys meeting clients from a variety of backgrounds. She has practiced law in the areas of taxation, including both corporate and income tax, and corporate and securities law. She continues to be licensed to practice law in the Province of Ontario, Canada.
