Biography
Growing up in Alabama, I saw injustices at a young age. That drove me to want to be a lawyer so I could help those folks taken advantage of. After graduating Auburn, I went to Cumberland School of Law. I was an editor for the Adelphia Law Journal. After graduating, I was a Clerk for the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals. After working at a law firm for several years and learning from some of the best lawyers in the State of Alabama, I formed my own lawfirm in 1990, the Hutsler Law Firm.
I have spoken and written on various Civil Litigation and Probate topics.

I've lived in Alabama all my life and have actually handled cases in most counties in Alabama. I handle civil litigation and probate matters and have helped with everything from car wrecks and dog bite cases to class actions. My office is located in downtown Birmingham and I can handle routine Wills and Power of Attorneys or more complex trusts and some estate planning.
My past-times reflect my desire to help others. I am an active member of Civitans and have built wheel chair ramps, cleaned the Cahaba River, and cooked dinner for cancer patients. I also like vintage cars and an occasional college football game!

Mothers' will
Mr. Hutsler was very helpful settling my Mothers' estate. He guided us through the process and took very good care of us. If I ever need any further assistance I will definately call him.
