Biography
Charlie received his law degree, Masters in Taxation and Bachelors degrees from the University of Alabama School of Law and is admitted in the State of Alabama. He is rated AV Preeminent by his peers per Martindale-Hubbell.
His practice focuses on business formation, reorganization, acquisition and disposition, as well as tax planning for both large and small enterprises. Utilizing his expertise in the tax code, Uniform Commercial Code, and bankruptcy code allows him to provide a broad range of planning services as well as provide opinions in connection with transactions. Family business succession planning and related estate planning lead to many complex structures of business enterprises.
