I wish I knew better what had happened. Ashley seemed like she really cared when my daughter was railroaded by the Huntsville city school district. She made it as far as sending a letter to the school's lawyer requesting that the ridiculous charges against my daughter be dropped. She kept good commu...nication up to that point, until she dropped off the face of the Earth. Over the last six months, I have left 23 voicemails and multiple emails; never heard back from her. If I was more vindictive, I would report her for breach of contract, but shes not the enemy. Its just sad..my daughter thought we had finally found someone willing to fight for her. Way to be the second person to let a 12 year old girl down.. Guess I will never see that $500 I put down for the filing fee, for a case that was never filed.
