Mickey Bryan Wright

I represent design professionals and general contractors in both commercial and residential projects. I also represent subcontractors in various construction disputes.

I handle numerous types of securities litigation and regulatory disputes. I have extensive experience in litigating securities matters in state and federal court and in arbitrations before FINRA and AAA. We represent broker dealers, investment advisors and registered representatives throughout the Southeastern United States.

The remainder of my practice is spent representing various other professionals in litigation. I routinely represent accountants, realtors, appraisers, surveyors and others in state and federal court. I handle various business disputes including defending directors and officers in litigation.
