Ryan Thomas Charles

Ryan Charles graduated Summa Cum Laude from Troy University with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism. He worked as a beat reporter for a daily newspaper before pursuing his true calling, the law. Ryan attended the Cumberland School of Law as an honorary recipient of a full-tuition Dean’s scholarship. At Cumberland, Ryan was named a Scholar of Merit in Lawyering and Legal Reasoning, and he made trial advocacy the focal point of his legal education.

Ryan’s legal practice focuses primarily on motor vehicle negligence, premises liability and slip-and-falls, trucking accidents and civil litigation. He has negotiated more than one million dollars in settlement proceeds for his clients, and was awarded a 2.5 million judgment in a single case. Ryan is admitted to practice in all State Courts in Alabama.
