David Mitchell Benck

Mr. Benck is the chief legal officer and General Counsel for Hibbett Sporting Goods, Inc. In addition, he:

• Serves on the Board of Directors for the American Arbitration Association/ International Centre for Dispute Resolution [AAA/ICDR] in New York (May 2012 through May 2016);

• Serves on the Ethics, Grievance and Safe Sport Committee for the USA Gymnastics Team in Indianapolis, IN;

• Serves as an Arbitrator in Commercial, Employment, and Sport disputes for the American Arbitration Association;

• Serves as an Arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA);

• Is listed in the United States Council for International Business (USCIB) Arbitrator Database;

• Is listed in the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) Arbitrator Database;

• Is a member of the Atlanta International Arbitration Society;

• Is registered on the Alabama Arbitrator Roster;

• Serves as an adjunct law professor at Cumberland School of Law;

• Serves as the current President of the Alabama chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel, through 12/2012;

• Serves on the Board of Directors for the Business Council of Alabama (BCA), effective 12/2012;

• Serves on the Norton Board of Advisors for Birmingham-Southern College;

• Serves on the Board of Directors for the Bryant-Jordan Scholarship Award; and

• Serves as legal counsel to the Alabama Sports Hall of Fame.
