They have a person working in there office name debbie honestly you don’t know if it’s a man or a woman but I can say it’s very rude I was asking questions about my case an trying to explain some to him an he tells me he don’t care about my personal life excuse me sir what did you say I’m so upset be...cause who would have somebody like that representing their company?when I say rude it’s rude to the max when you trying to ask questions to get a clear understanding of what’s going on I’m so glad I recorded the conversation cause somebody above him her will hear this I honestly feel I was racially profiled an talked to like I don’t matter because I have a old debt that I honestly don’t remember about they say they have tried to reach me which is completely bs I haven’t received anything but if you don’t stand for something you will fall for anything an the way I was treated yesterday I will not let that go
