Client arrested by State Trooper/Not Guilty Jury Trial

OUTCOME: Not Guilty

Client was charged with DUI by an Alabama State Trooper. Client, a nurse, faced loosing her career if convicted. Trooper noted alleged speeding of client as basis for traffic stop. Upon approach ... ing vehicle, the Trooper noted an odor of alcohol on client. Client was removed from the vehicle and given SFST. Arresting Trooper opined that client failed the given tests. After being placed under arrest, client registered above the legal limit on the breath test. A jury trial was had, wherein client was found NOT GUILTY
