David Lee Hubbard

Sadly this attorney has my case so messed up it has cost me well over 1,000. just to have another attorney review it and advise me. My ex-husbands visitation rights were restored by Special Master Brian Huff even after hearing from two medical professionals that she came down with MRSA in her bloodst...ream after visiting with her father. This ruling could have been objected to but when I asked Mr Hubbard he told me that only a final ruling could be appealed or objected to. Now on the 2nd restored visit with her Dad now my daughter has an insect bite that is looking like staph again. Mr Hubbard never once provided me a statement of charges in the 3 years that he has drug my case out. I have paid him several thousand dollars and not once has he ever put in for my child support to be sent thru an Income Withholding. Therefore my ex-husband pays what he wants and when he wants. Mr Hubbard does not return phone calls on a timely manner nor emails. Not once has he provided me a statement of any charges or how my money was applied. He obviously does not have a full grasp of the law since my new attorney informed me that the ruling by special master Brian Huff could have been objected to and we would have had a hearing in front of our judge. Mr Hubbard needs to be suspended until he has a full understanding of the law. I would advise anyone considering him as an attorney to think twice before signing a contract with him. Not once did he try to get any attorney fee's restored to me. And when I called to ask for my file to be sent to my attorney he did not send it in a timely manner. When my mom called to notify him that we would come by there to pick it up he threatened my mom with the police if we came to his office. There is truly some issues with Mr Hubbard that need to be evaluated. If a client cannot pick up their file then that is a problem. I would have loved for the media to be there so I could voice my concerns about him and hopefully help someone else from having to recover from the problems Mr Hubbard has caused me.
