Sandra Remington from the Rose LAWFIRM located in Birmingham filed the following motions- 1- A notice of appearance - 2-a continuation - 3- created and filed interrogatories. When Mrs. Remington showed up to court She revealed she had never been in this... courthouse and didn’t even have any knowledge of the judge. When interviewing her for representation she gave the impression she practiced law in the county and she wold not have any issues presenting my case. My son’s father is a felon, currently committing adultery, tax evasion and the list goes on. After the hearing Sandra Remington from the Rose LAWFIRM Birmingham, Al. secured me one supervised phone call a day and one supervised visitation a WEEK. She allowed the court in this county to treat me like I was the criminal even though I had furnished her with all the documents to show that residing with his father was NOT in his best interest. I traveled from Alaska and am sitting here In Alabama with my life on hold, now waiting for six days to pass to see my son, my baby my heart. She also set my hearing for the 1st of August and advised me NOT to hire my son a Guardian Ad Litem. THE ROSE LAWFIRM WILL DO NOTHING BUT TAKE YOUR MONEY. They do not care about you at all. They say they provide courtesy emails and charge you for them. This is not a courtesy. This attorney charged me for 53 hours. This is very hard to believe since they filed 3 documents with the courts and I provided all the evidence but yet used nothing to argue my case to secure me the custody of my son. VERY POOR representation. This is the type of attorneys we are ALL warned about. If you want a GOOD attorney I would go else where. I fired her that SAME DAY WE LEFT COURT and hired a new attorney. She still charged me $12,000.00 in 7 weeks.
