The civil claim does not rise or fall on the outcome of the criminal one. But the demand is just that- it is not a law suit unless fied in court.

No way to know. They do not need to rely only on the tests to make a case. It depends on many factors.

there are all kinds of reasons cases get continued and many have nothing to do with the lawyer. Make contact and meet with the lawyer for an answer.
