Jordan Andrews Cade

Jordan Andrews Cade is an attorney with Environmental Litigation Group, P.C. in Birmingham, Alabama. He represents people and families harmed by toxic exposure, including asbestos, ethylene oxide (EtO), AFFF firefighting foam and contamination on military bases.

Jordan works on complex toxic tort and community exposure cases, as well as product liability and medical malpractice matters. He has worked on Camp Lejeune Justice Act cases since the law was passed, helping veterans, their families and civilian workers who were exposed to contaminated water at the base.

A native of the Birmingham area, Jordan earned a double major in Political Science and Philosophy at the University of Oregon. He received his law degree from Michigan State University College of Law, where he focused on environmental health. He is admitted to practice in Alabama.

Jordan serves on the Executive Committee of the Magic City Bar Association. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Alabama Association for Justice, the Birmingham Bar Association and the American Public Health Association. He was named one of Charleston's Best and Brightest Under 35 in 2024 and was nominated for the National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40.
