I would think your chances of not going to jail are good. You need to ask for a court appointed attorney and see if that attorney can help you...

That information could be used to fight and perhaps vacate this conviction.
I am being harassed at home by Detectives with no warrants, what can I do to stop this ? Can I sue the Sheriff's Department ?
