Ben has always had a passion for standing up for those who are less fortunate or struggling in some way. He comes from a big family of five siblings and one of his family members was born with a significant physical impairment. His family was also regularly engaged in the community and interacting with people of many different walks of life.
“I always had a soft spot for the person who was being overlooked or not included. The person that people weren’t paying attention to. I tend to notice them and want to help give them a voice,” Ben says. It is this mentality that drives him to fight for his clients and make sure their story is not only told, but heard.
“Many times, our clients are going through the worst time of their lives—they’ve either been seriously injured, or their loved one has died due to no fault of their own, and their lives are turned upside down,” Ben says. “They are already in a weakened state, and those who caused their harm are not listening to them, not showing them that respect, and not treating them fairly. They don’t know what to do. That’s where we come in.”
Ben believes that many times, incidents causing serious injury or death are preventable if due care had been exercised, or better systems and policies had been in place. It’s this mentality that drives Ben to fight relentlessly for his clients against those who have caused them, or their loved one, harm. Ben believes the legal process not only helps those who have been harmed, but it can also effect real change to prevent future incidents. “I’ve seen firsthand, as a result of many of our cases, changes made to policies, processes, products or other changes to prevent a similar incident from happening again. It is rewarding to not only provide your client with all the support and help they need and deserve, but also to, hopefully, save the next person from suffering the same fate.”

Ben Ford is a great lawyer
A little over a year ago, I was hit by a car while on my road bike. The car was going the wrong way on a one way street, however, I did run through a stop sign because the intersection looked clear. Because I biked this route daily, I never thought that there would be a vehicle heading the wrong dire...

Excellent For Personal Injury Issues
Ben Ford recently settled a personal injury case for me. Working with him made a very stressful issue much easier to deal with. He fought hard to get me the compensation I was due. Ben researched my case, made many phone calls to insurance companies and various medical entities involved. His profe...
"Ben is a personable, hard working, and knowledgeable attorney that fights for his clients. I would have no problem referring my best friend, a family member, or personal acquaintance to Ben should the need arise because I know he/she will be taken care of."
