In this capacity, I assist companies on a broad range of issues including contracts (employment, independent contractor, confidentiality, non-compete, non-solicitation), human resources (policy and procedure review and development, assisting with day-to-day human resource issues), compliance (ADA, ADEA, FLSA, FMLA, Title VII), training and represent companies in administrative proceedings.
